Hi, I’m Dakota
I started DXR Productions when I was just 15 years old as an inexperienced videographer with a passion to create something I was proud of. Just over a decade later, DXR has grown into a full-service production company specializing in professional AV & lighting installations and cinematic wedding films. Along the way, I earned my MBA, so every project gets both the craftsmanship and the professionalism it deserves.
I am proud to operate DXR Productions LLC as a Christian owned business. Colossians 3:23 says “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men”, and I base my work on this verse. Every job, big or small, gets my best effort as a way of saying thank you to God for what He’s given me.
Based out of Monroe, Michigan, I’m not afraid to travel anywhere nationwide. Wherever your venue, church, or big day happens to be, I’ll meet you there.
When I’m not behind a camera, you’ll find me with my fiancé, Savannah, usually playing guitar, working on cars, or building Legos.
